WATERVLIET -- Caroline E. Meehan, 89, formerly of 8th Ave., died Monday at St. Mary's Hospital. Born and raised in Watervliet, Miss Meehan was the daughter of the late Michael H. and Josephine Fernette Meehan. A lifelong resident of Watervliet, she was a graudate of St. Brigid's School and attended Catholic Central High School in Troy. She moved to Van Rensselaer Manor in Troy 5 years ago. Miss Meehan was employed by the Cluett Peabody Company in Troy for many years prior to her retirement. She was a communicant of St. Brigid's Church and a member of their Rosary Society.
