MDHost to Integrate eMD.com's Medication Management System

Into its Internet-based Practice Management System

ATLANTA and DANBURY, Conn., July 25 /PRNewswire/ --

eMD.com, a business-to-business Internet healthcare subsidiary of BioShield Technologies, Inc.(Nasdaq: BSTI), and MDHost.com, Inc. have signed a strategic alliance agreement to include eMD.com's Web-based medication management and charting system in MDHost's Internet-based physician practice management system.

Under the agreement, MDHost will fully integrate eMD.com's application into its system, making it available to MDHost's current user base of 400 plus physicians and their staff nationwide, as well as to all future users. Over 1,000 users are expected to have access to the medication management and fulfillment applications.

MDHost.com, Inc. is a Healthcare Internet Application Service Provider that offers practitioners the convenience of Internet access to their patient appointments, patient records, claims processing, patient billing and all other services associated with running a medical practice. The Company offers a hosting service that allows physicians to automate their entire practice via the Internet. Physicians have 24 hour, seven days a week access to practice management services from anywhere in the world. MDHost.com, Inc. develops and markets MDHost, a complete fully integrated line of healthcare information management solutions designed for physician organizations.

The additional services from MDHost and eMD.com will not result in any additional fees to physician practices. eMD.com offers its Internet-based medication management and charting system to physicians at no charge, and integrates the application with its chronic disease focused consumer website (www.emd.com ) and a host of pharmaceutical care services.
